Andrea and her team were great. They cleaned up a mess another store sent me. She was very patient and understanding. This store is always very helpful and has great staff.
I mean... it's Best Buy, so really what do you expect. Sure they're professional and they're all nice and what not, but it's generally overpriced. The store is clean. I can sometimes find what I want. Not a terrible place though. I usually only go for small cables or flash drives when I'm in a pinch.
They have no clue what is going on in there. We purchased something online for in store pickup and did that it would be ready same day. However we went into the store and they said it was not available for pickup and furthermore didn't even know if they had the item in stock. So then we went and found the item in the store and wanted to just take it as the item that we ordered but they are "not allowed to do that". We had to purchase the item separately and cancel the online order and wait 5 or 6 days for a refund. Ridiculous!
I was ready to buy stuff and no one approached us for 20.min. well, just walked out and plan not to go back.
Great service had my keyboard shipping roomba to my home will receive in 2 days. Awesome!!!!
Easy to get to right off of I-75 or hwy 380. Lots of parking. Staff seems pretty knowledgeable about the products sold. Clean store and i think it's fairly easy to find what you're looking for.

I went in to ask for an adapter to connect my Android to my iPhone only bluetooth radio and instead of showings me what I found after he just wanted to sale me some 1000 radio and wires really really I just kindly walk out and did not buy anything

Clean store. Have alot of technology and products for sale and display. Short on stock due to the pandemic. But usually have the newest technology available for the full price.

Wanted a new car stereo installed. The area was completely depleted of stock and not one person tries to help me in 27 minutes I stood there. This store is notorious for poor service. Except at the wireless station. Where 13 teens trip over themselves to sell you things no reasonable person ever needs. Frustrating.
When you go here, be sure to see **JIM** for all your laptop-electronic needs! He's so nice and helpful! He worked with me to clear a hold on my bestbuy card in order for me to make a purchase on some new laptops (he'd also helped my fiance and I pick out.) He was super knowledgeable, patient, and down to earth.Also this store is clean, lots of inventory, and all the customer service associates all around smile and appear to enjoy their jobs.
This 50 inch TV was light weight for its size and fit in the back seat of my wife's Caddilac SRX. Any size larger would not have fit. Best Buy loaded the TV so you don't even have to go in the store. The TV was easy to set up and has great Picture quality. For the price its a great deal!

Note to self for next time, don't go to McKinney Best Buy in the middle of the week in the evening. Employees are friendly but less than helpful. The weekend crew is more excited about their jobs. I was ready to purchase a new laptop and was looking at different models. It took almost 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge I was there. Then when Robert did say hello, he couldn't even look at me or ask if I had questions. Just mumbled if I do have questions he'll be across the way...he said this as he was walking away. The guy had no clue he just lost a $1,500 sale. Guess I'll try going somewhere else tomorrow. smh
Two weeks over return window (bought the day after Christmas)! never used still wouldn't return or equal value. Lost my business today although I'm sure they don't care!
Walked in, went straight to the TV I wanted, then I bought it. They carried it out to my car for me. It was a perfect trip. My PS4 has a new best friend. Good times!
Good store but smaller that what I am use to going too. Unfortunately they did not have what i was looking for.
They consistently seem to have the random techy things we need for the least amount of money. What I find online is always where they say it is and if it isn't they sweeten the deal with little to no hassle. I really can't ask for more than that.
I visited the store to purchase a new phone. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful in answering questions about the different phones. The woman who set up the new phone was quite standoffish and did not seem to like questions. This is the only time I have had a bad experience at this Best Buy. Every other sales associate I’ve dealt with has been incredibly helpful and friendly.

Just returned from Best Buy McKinney, and would highly recommend this location! The Geek Squad Manager, Chris, and the salesperson, R.J., were extremely kind, patient, and informative while helping us with our new purchase. Chris even walked with me to my car to retrieve my old computer. Considering the restricted walk-in number, it only took about a 10-minute wait before we were escorted in. Great experience!
I have bought a microwave today and the sales clerk, Eddie was wonderful!! His customer service is superb! He was knowledgable and made sure I pick the microwave that is the right size for my kitchen. He was professional, caring and helped me with my coupon trouble as well. He handled everything with an ease and helped me transfer the microwave into my car. Thank you so much!!! You have a happy customer. :)
This store must have deleted my first review or something but the experience this time was slightly better. I was able to get an item I purchased at a different Best Buy here pretty quickly and they were reasonably organized and knew what they were doing at the customer service. Only reason I am getting a 3 star because the first time I came here I had a bad experience where the staff member did not assist me first when I was getting help from him when approached by a different customer. Like the dude was in the middle of helping me and then totally forgot he was helping me. Manager said he would handle that but I swore off this location for a while. Overall it improved so maybe Ill start shopping here again, or stick to the Frisco location.
It's a nice store. Their demos don't really give you a good feel of the products to try out. Also staff could be more friendly.
We didn't make an appointment, we didn't know we needed to. But the staff ushered us in, spend time assessing what we needed and made really good suggestions.
I purchased a stove from this location. The first question I asked was if the delivery man would also haul away my old stove. I was told he would. It's been 24 hours since my new stove was installed and my old stove is still sitting in front of my house. I've been on the phone for hours trying to get someone to come get it. The store manager of this location is about to have an old stove dropped off in front of his store. I will never be purchasing anything from this location again. If I get a fine from my HOA because a stove has been sitting in front of my house I'll be sending the bill over to the store manager of this location.
I walked into the store and was not helped for 12 minutes. The security guard was the only person to acknowledge that I was in the establishment. Luckily I stumbled across what I was looking to purchase.

Courteous and knowledgable sales people. We have bought all our appliances here (plus more) for 2 houses and am very pleased with in home service when needed. Let's not forget the "Geek squad" they have helped us with computer issues on many occasions!! Always with a friendly knowledge attitude, for which we are grateful!
I ordered an item on april 12th and have yet to recieve it. The answer I get is to wait another day. First it started out as wait until next monday, now it is wait another day over and over. Now they just offer to cancel the order instead of fulfilling it with out explanation.
Food was good. Service was prompt. Would give 5 stars if they were cheaper

Love this location! I was greeted by the staff upon entering and they immediately made me feel welcome! I knew exactly what I came in for and they knew exactly where to direct me! I was in and out in no time at all! The beautiful cashier (Reign?) was so friendly and does a very good job! She is always quick to action and greeting customers. Eli, the gentlemen that stays in front was also great too! I will definitely be back!!
They advertised product online saying was in store got to store and not available. Was needing two monitors to work from home. They had others but not the ones I was looking for. I ended up going to microcenter. Knowledgeable staff and was able to get bigger monitors for the same price as the monitor I originally wanted.

The Squad has consistently been the professional group at Best Buy .
So I'm in there for a good 20 minutes before anybody approaches me. Finally a nice gentleman approached me. I believe his name was AJ. Very nice very friendly all the way. However prior to that four of your employees had passed me and didn't even once try to approach to help me. You might want to remind your other employees that when people recognize them from other companies they may want to still respond and say hi instead of being so rude. Whether you're at your workplace or else where we still see you and we still associate with you.

The guy that helped me out was great, he was with another customer asking about go pros already. He acknowledged me and made sure he knew I was there. He then proceeded to help me pick the go pro without pushing me to pick one or the other. I Kept changing my mind on which gopro and finally decided! Not once did he seem annoyed or in a rush. We then walked to the front and rung me up. Probably the best experience. Far better than the midway store that had their theft protection following me around like I was some sort of criminal.
Came in to find mounting hardware for TV. They didn't have any in stock to sell, but had loose bolts that they weren't using and gave them to me for free. Awesome service!! Thanks!
Jeff came out today for a TV mount and he did a perfect job! He called the day before to verify the appointment, and called the day of with a two hour window. He showed up on time, was extremely courteous and professional. He and his partner had our 55” Frame TV mounted within 40 minutes! It would’ve taken me longer than that to build up the courage to hang it myself. They moved the needed furniture, cleaned up their mess and even took our TV box with them! I’m looking forward to having Jeff come back out to mount my next TV! I’d highly recommend Geek Squad TV instillation to anyone!

Great curbside service! The order was ready 10 minutes after I placed it, and we only waited a few minutes in the parking lot for them to bring the order out and place it in our trunk. Streamlined, accurate, quick and safe!
Very helpful the associate that was helping me and my husband was dealing with a couple asked a ton of question so it took him about 30min to help us but he would periodically check on us to make sure we were okay and that he was sorry it was taking so long! We ended up buying a washer

Killer Cyber Monday deals. Best has made sensible adjustments to survive as a big box store. Their prices are good and they offer quality and in demand merchandise.
